Lake Mary Jane Facts
Lake Mary Jane has been enjoyed by local residents for generations. Bordered along the southern shore by expansive Moss Park, residents along the northern shore enjoy a natural view and breathtaking sunsets. There is a ski course on the lake for watersports. Residents enjoy boating, skiing, swimming and water sports on this lake. Lake Mary Jane is connected to pristine Lake Hart via canal through Moss Park. Lake Mary Jane boasts 1159 acres of ski and recreational boating waters. The water is tea-stained due to numerous cypress trees lining the water’s edge. Much of the shoreline is protected by rural settlements and a large portion is preserved by Moss Park.
Fishing Species include Largemouth Bass and Bluegill.
The established community of Isle of Pines borders the northern shore of Lake Mary Jane.
Public access to Lake Mary Jane can be obtained at the Moss Park Boat Ramp.
